Go to your device's App Store or Google Play subscription settings. iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Pranova → Cancel. Android: Play Store → Subscriptions → Pranova → Cancel. Changes take effect at the end of your billing period.

For iOS subscriptions, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com. For Android, contact Google Play Support. For direct billing issues, email billing@pranova.app within 7 days.

In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your profile and all fitness data within 30 days. Alternatively, email privacy@pranova.app with your request.

PRO and ELITE users can export data in CSV or PDF format from Settings → Privacy → Export My Data. FREE users can request a data export by emailing privacy@pranova.app.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Always prioritize your safety. You can ask the AI to regenerate a lighter plan, or modify individual exercises. If you have health conditions or injuries, please consult a healthcare professional before following any AI-generated plan. You can also flag the plan in the app for our team to review.
